This path will take you deeper into your practice than you've ever been - and empower you to share it.
In yoga, we are all lifelong students. I’m sure you’ve heard it before, and I guarantee you will hear it again - it’s a common theme throughout the yoga journey, and one of the golden nuggets that makes it so special. There is always something new to learn, whether it be about posture, balance or simply yourself. The most seasoned practitioner is as much a student as the nervous yogi that just purchased their first mat. And, one of the best ways to learn more about your own practice is to share it with others.
Through our Yoga Teacher Training, we provide a robust and comprehensive training, registered with Yoga Alliance that gives you the tools to safely, and confidently, create and teach Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga classes. Created in partnership with an experienced instructional designer, we crafted our program to put the student first, and our intention is to nourish your love for yoga, while also setting a strong, educational foundation to further your yoga career and practice. It’s #YogaForYall, y’all.
This Training is both for those wanting to dive deeper into their practice, as well as those whom wish to teach to others. You don’t need to be flexible or be able to hold fancy poses to qualify - come one, come all!
Let’s go with the #flow.

This is more than just memorizing 10 key poses, we're going to make sure you you understand what yoga can do for the body and how
We'll be going further into the anatomy, how the body works for different body types, and developing your instruction to adapt to various body types.
*You're going to know a thing or two after this training
There are 50+ modules and too much to squeeze in here, so heres a quick look
4 hours
Dive deep into the anatomy of the foot, learn about the 4th chakra - the heart chakra - and participate in a mediation to balance and open the heart. Take time to put everything you have been learning and incorporating it into your own personal practice and lastly, listen to a casual conversation about some of the weirdest things that have happened in class that Carol, Veronica and Fennis have had to deal with.
4 hours
It’s time to dive deep into one of the classical yoga texts the Bhagavad Gita. We will discuss the key themes and how to apply the learnings into your practice, then dive deep into the anatomy of the core and understand the component parts necessary to perform inversions safely (hint - the core is one of them!) and how to cue students into and out of the inversions safely.
4 hours
Understand how to build safe transitions and how to add (or take away) intensity for a Hatha or Vinyasa style class. Dissect a class sequence to understand why certain counterposes were chosen and their intended purpose in the sequence. Build a 30 minute Hatha sequence with cues and transition notes to submit for feedback from our team and lastly get an overview of hands-on adjustments.

I know I know. If this training is SO DAMN GOOD how is it SO DAMN CHEAP.
We're glad you asked.
The normal in-person courses have big expenses like rent, insurance, utilities and complicated logistics like staffing and canceling regular classes to accommodate the training.
With online training comes online savings and where other online courses turn their savings into their profits, we're turning our savings into your savings.
Yoga Alliance has approved our online course through December 31, 2021. You must have all assignments submitted by this date if you want to register with Yoga Alliance after you complete the training?
You know it! This certificate will allow you to teach anywhere in the world.
Once we have given you full access to the content its kind of hard to get it back, so refunds are possible only up to that point.
We have a variety of ways for you to ask questions as you go through the course. You can join our private Facebook group, post the question within the training portal, email us at anytime, join our weekly live Zoom calls, or join us for the monthly in-person workshops where we will answer any questions you have and give real-time feedback on your teaching in front of a group of students.
To take the teacher training from the comfort of your home, you will need a mat, an area of space to practice and some pen and paper. You'll also need a place to upload and share your videos with us (like a private Youtube or Vimeo account). A tripod and bluetooth headset will make your videos easier for both of us. If possible, a quiet environment to help you focus. Any props you have - blocks, straps, bolsters - will be helpful, as you will be learning how to teach using each.
Our training is focused on Vinyasa and Hatha style yoga. Much thought, knowledge and skill go into a teacher training program, as does a style of yoga, and we encourage you to teach what you have the most interest in.
