Kundalini Spring Equinox Celebration: Balance Your Metabolism, Balance Your Life at Anderson

About the workshop

The Spring Equinox is all about balance - we want to release what no longer serves us and create space for vitality, so we can move forward, energetically, into this season of Renewal and Healing. In our Kundalini Spring Equinox Celebration, we’ll work with balancing our metabolism through breath, Kriya and meditation.
What’s a Kriya, you ask? Kriya: known as the involuntary movements that occur during or outside meditation in the process of spiritual awakening. And, the Kriya of our workshop is “Work on the Metabolism”. So, when life gives you plums…
“P” fruit (pear, peach, plum, etc.) are full of antioxidants and are needed for this Kriya.
During some of the exercises, we’ll hold the fruit in our hands, and the energy built up in our hands will transfer to the fruit, supercharging the antioxidants. We’ll eat the fruit to complete the Kriya.
Following the Kriya, our meditation will focus on balancing our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system - creating balance between our body’s natural “fight or flight” warrior instinct and bringing us back to a restorative, calm, composed state of being
