Kriya in this workshop will “Work on the Metabolism”.
“P” fruit (pear, peach, or plum, etc), which are full of anti-oxidants, are needed for this Kriya.
During some of the exercises, we’ll hold the fruit in our hands. This will transfer energy build up in the hands to the fruit and
super charge its anti-oxidants.
We’ll eat the fruit right after we finish the Kriya.
Meditation to follow the Kriya will focus on balancing our sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous systems.
