Celebrate Summer Solstice with us this Sunday (6/26 - 2pm) at Flow Cedar Park – Carolina will guide us through an invigorating practice with 108 Sun Salutations🌞

"Why 108?"
In yoga, the number 108 refers to spiritual completion. Ancient yogis believed that we can attune ourselves to the rhythms of creation by completing practices in rounds of this sacred number.

You might be feeling a bit intimidated by this practice, but don’t worry... we got you 😉

We will break it down with 12 rounds of 9 guided Sun Salutations (which, when multiplied, add up to 108) with rest time in between and #intention setting for each round.

Remember, Yoga is not about competition, this is a moving #meditation and an incredibly transformative practice!

We will move together, mindfully, with options for modifications for all bodies.

Playful PowerYoga is a workshop style class for those who want to take their practice to the next level, in a safe, accessible and judgment free environment.
