About the workshop
This weekly meet-up is a great place to connect with others through wellness, get in some gentle movement, and find peace with meditation or sound healing.
We’ll mingle for a bit, then lead you through an all-level 45-min yoga/movement practice, followed by a guided meditation or sound healing experience, which will leave you feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready to start off your week on the right foot.
After your class, head on over to the lounge, get cozy with some free famous yogi tea and make new friends while sipping away!
