Meet your host

Angie has 15+ years of yoga teaching experience and has created and taught yoga teacher trainings, mentorships, workshops, retreats, and events. Angie has studied yoga, meditation, and shamanism for over 20 years. Her classes are inspirational + light-hearted and will take you on a journey that leaves you feeling expanded and at peace.

Using props can help approximate the intention of the pose in a safe manner so you don’t have to force your body into some shape 🤸‍♀️

👉blocks can help with strengthening or help keep you in a pose
👉bolsters provide comfort and correct posture
👉blankets help with your alignment
👉straps are used to help you extend your reach

It's 11/11 – Time to manifest and open your heart chakra!

Before you tune in to your deepest desires and biggest dreams, begin with #gratitude. Thank the universe and the people, situations, and things that have made your life special.

What are the energy rituals or meditation techniques we can follow?
🕯️Practice #candle meditation: Light a candle and write your deepest desires as if they are already unfolding in the now. Visualize the taste, the smell, the feel, the colors, and the sounds. Meditate on it for 11 minutes. 

💗Balance your #heart Chakra: Use rose quartz and other heart-opening crystals. Drink heart opening beverages like rose tea and #cacao. Practice Yoga!

👄Say your desires out loud: Your words have power, and by saying your desires out loud, you make them stronger. As 11:11 hits, say your manifestation out loud.

We are over the moon with the amount of love we received this weekend during our 10th anniversary celebrations! 

Three parties at Three studios wow 😅 It was amazing connecting with our community, sharing stories, memories and recounting moments of this incredible journey as a small business so far.

Flow Yoga open its doors in 2012 in Cedar Park as a small boutique studio with so much love and good energy, in 2017 we changed ownership and grew and grew so much so that we needed a bigger space, 2019 we expended into two of the former Yoga Yoga locations and in February 2020 we started construction of a brand new Cedar Park studio after looking for the perfect place for months and going through negotiations, at that time we had over 100 staff members, 700 classes monthly and still growing fast…Then March 2020 came along with a global pandemic 💥

Talk about timing! Up until that point we have been through a lot of hardships as a small business, but nothing could prepare us for the toughest two years of our lives…

Everything that we thought we knew about how to run a yoga studio was no longer, we had to adapt and change every single day, with the uncertainty if we would even make it til the next day or if we had to shut out doors for good. Literally blood, sweat and a lot of tears during those weird times, but we never gave up… and you know why?

It was because of YOU, our community. You kept us going, you kept supporting us, you helped us find the strength to face each challenge, you helped us with your messages of encouragement, and remind us not to give up, you shared thankful you were that we were still providing classes online, or at a save distance in studio. And that kept us going…

It is because of you that we work day and night to continue to serve our community. We are not a big corporation with deep pockets, we are just two couples and the most exceptional team of instructors and staff, who pour their heart and souls into making magic happens every day at Flow Yoga.

We are so grateful to still be here after 10 years, thank you for continuing support and for being a part of our Flow Family ❤️
