Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of freely expressing your authentic experience in the company of others.
Expressing in this way enables you to create connections in the world based on who you really are.
Authentic Relating practices create a safe, intentional space - rooted in play and supported by clear boundaries - to create meaningful and enjoyable connections to self and others. By learning Authentic Relating skills, you can drop your conditioned relational habits, and learn to relate with yourself and others from a deeper more authentic expression of your truth.
You'll be led through exercises designed to help you heal your relationship with yourself, and learn to be comfortable in your own skin—then connect with others as your newfound 'authentic' self. Put simply, this is a place to practice being human.

Meditation with minis may sound like a stressful prospect, but this simple and ancient practice can take many forms and actually be kid-friendly. Why we celebrate and meditate together on the full moon: On the full moon, the sun’s radiance is strongest – reflected both from the earth and from the moon to the earth. With the moon’s alignment to the earth, it allows you to release, cleanse and completes cycles, patterns and recurring situations. It’s a time where you can reset your course. Somatic Release Breathwork with Derek Lively & Alexander Gouyet Join us this Sunday for community connection & take part in a transformative modality that serves to empower and realign you! Somatic Release Breathwork was founded by Steven Jaggers and Fish Fischer, and it made such a HUGE impact on Derek & Alexander's lives. That is why they decided to get certified in it. Alexander & Derek will guide you through a breathwork journey that utilizes NLP to help clear out the things you no longer want to hold onto, and then replace and repattern your mind into an optimized state. It is very possible that you will have major realizations and downloads, and even more may continue to pop up throughout your week as you go about your days! Moving into 7:30pm, we'll head to the big room and begin with intention setting and meditation – bringing mindfulness to our lives.
