Flow Lab: Healing Low Back Pain
About the workshop
Taking a yoga class with back pain can be tricky. There you are working your tail off—you’re trying new poses, doing your doggone best. But when you leave class… it’s not paying off. Like, at all.
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do in this workshop:
- Explore the poses that decompress your spine.
- Learn modifications for common poses for a safer, and more effective, practice.
- Experience a slow-paced, all-level yoga class that focuses on strengthening and creating space.
This is your chance to learn proven strategies, get personalized support, and find freedom in your lower back. Flow Lab is the educational, motivating tipping point to get you to a place in your body (and life) that you’ve only admired from afar.
