About the workshop
It’s that time of year again! Holiday season can find you stressed out and holding tension!
Problem: your hips are forever tight, despite all of the hard work you’ve put into stretching them out, in and out of class.
Or worse: your idea of stretching is hardly deserving of the word ‘stretching’ and you’re just banking on the random pigeon pose or hip opener thrown into class.
It’s time to wrangle those hip stretching efforts and turn them into the well-oiled, free-moving machines they’re meant to be. That’s what this workshop is all about.
This deep-releasing, hip workshop includes:
- A yoga practice focused on releasing the entire hip region
- An explanation of the pelvic floor to understand your anatomy
Information on how your body holds onto anxiety, traumas, and emotions in the hips
- An intimate group setting, with a teacher focused solely on supporting you in maintaining a comfortable, and effective yoga practice.
