About the workshop

In this workshop, we will safely build the foundations for Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance). We’ll move through a sequence designed to open the shoulders, hamstrings, strengthen the back, and the entire core. Nathan will guide you through a dynamic, alignment-based flow.

Nathan will break down the different phases of this pose with support. You will leave feeling confident and inspired to work diligently so that you can kick up without fear and hold the pose.

All levels are welcome, but some experience with inversions is recommended.

Price: $35, or $25 if you enroll on or before 2/16.
