Yoga is a wonderful tool for self-discovery and exploration. It is a deep connection between everything you are: breath, body, and mind.
But did you know that there are a lot of tools we can take off of our mats to enrich our daily lives? This workshop will help you identify which tools you can use to live in a way that feels more harmonious. You’ll learn how to respond based on your experiences and desires, instead of reacting on outside expectations.
We will end our time together with a practice that cultivates all of these tools, as well as invokes strength, stability, and surrender. Bring a yoga mat, comfy clothes and a journal, so at the end of the practice we can write about our experience.
