Gurudhan has been practicing and teaching Kundalini yoga since 1971.
Emphasis is placed on explaining the physiological effects of Kundalini energy based on ancient Chinese traditional energy meridian lines and points as well as how breath technology effects our nerves and glands.
Gurudhan has taught Kundalini yoga in these cities:
New York City 1971 - 1997
Los Angeles 1998 - 2012
Austin 2013 - Present
His Kundalini classes will provide a strong physical workout, an opportunity to “deep relax” afterward, and a meditation at the end of class to elevate the soul.

[description] =>
Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness
While some people practice yoga solely for physical exercise, Kundalini Yoga is more of a spiritual practice. It is meant to quiet your mind while, at the same time, opening your energy centers so it can freely flow throughout your body, helping to balance the nervous system.
There are several science-backed benefits of Kundalini yoga. According to research, it may help ease stress and anxiety, improve cognitive functioning, and boost self-perception and self-appreciation.
In this introduction to Kundalini Yoga you will learn the foundations of this practice, the terminology such as kriyas, mudras, mantras, and chakras, learn all about breath, chanting and much more.
