Clare F.

Clare is a fiery creatress who prioritizes embodiment over all else. She takes class participants on a sacred journey to connect with their most authentic selves. Her personal practice consists of yoga, sound healing, ecstatic dance, breathwork, meditation, and journaling. When she's not fine-tuning her ability to just "be", she's making incense, snuggling with her children, and traveling.

Clare is a certified sound healer with 12 years of experience in the ecstatic dance community.
