I have practiced for over 15 years and love sharing my practice with others. Through my years practicing, my focus has evolved from the physical to the metal and spiritual benefits of practice. I want students to feel so relaxed after class they need a ride home! I focus on pairing breath with movement to allow you to soften into your body.
