Master Sergeant Lonnie “Wade" Carter has been a trainer since 1998 and became a Community College of the Air Force Instructor in 2006 when he joined the instructor cadre at the Vehicle Operations Apprentice Course at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. He has experience in multiple public speaking environments and with audiences up to 600 people. Sergeant Carter’s emotional intelligence it's extremely high, and his ability to highlight and explain a concept or principle is superb.

Sergeant Carter has held management positions in several different companies but he has always been an investor in people. His books, his business and his life are just that, an investment in people.
