In yoga I find I can challenge my body and mind in ways that I'd never experienced before. I can push my boundaries, move my body, flirt with fear, and be mentally prepared for my day. I hope people leave my class with a similar feeling, knowing that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.
