No it’s not The Yoga sutras 🫣 Flow Yoga is offering our first summer book club starting in July at our Cedar Park studio! We couldn’t be more excited to kick things off with a mega favorite fantasy series of many Flow Yoga teachers: Sarah J. Maas’ A COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES (ACOTAR, for short)! We’ll meet monthly to dive into this series just in time for Book 6 coming out in October (when everyone will mysteriously call into work sick, right?). Whether you’re new to this series altogether, or you’ve already read it and just want to gush with fellow fans (basically, that’s why we’re doing this), this book club will be a great way to connect with your fellow readers at Flow Yoga. A glimpse of the Texas Stars hockey team yoga- mobility- sound bath session at Flow Yoga Might be unusual to train athletes with this combo, and at first their coach asked me to teach them yoga, but after the first class, I adapted to what they needed. These boys work hard and their bodies takes a huge toll every week, so we do a bit of everything: breathing, stretching, mobility, myofascial release, meditation and their favorite part sound bath :) It has been an honor and privilege to guide the boys throughout this hockey season, they are now headed to the Playoffs hopefully a bit more calm, centered and ready! Jaidev: Do something silly All of us: Yayyy 😄😄 Silliness aside these beautiful ladies are a huge part as to why our 200hrs Flow Yoga Teacher Training is so spectacular! Truly, between them there are decades of experience, practice, knowledge and passion for teaching yoga. They are going to kill me for not putting a music over this, but it’s too funny not to share! Love you ladies 🤍

Playful Power Yoga has been my longest running class going strong for about a decade now! It is hot, it’s fun, it’s tough, it’s chaotic in a good way and it’s always a safe place for students to learn new skills, try different poses and techniques (like this shoulder mobility) and up level their practice in a judgement free environment. I created this class out of my own needs as a yogi to be able to practice inversions and arm balancing without rushing or competition, taking step by step, using props and with the support of friends. Catch me for the next four Saturdays 10:30am at Flow Yoga Cedar Park before I leave for Bali for 6 weeks! 🔥💪🏾

Recently I’ve been moving my virtual meetings and phone calls to in person, whenever is possible. It is so nice to connect in real life, chat and be present. So much miscommunication happens through texts and emails, and all the back and forth, it’s convenient but also exhausting! From this meeting with @gurudhanyogi lead teacher for the Kundalini teacher training and @sarahpintos Head of Teacher Training at Flow Yoga we got all the details for the upcoming trainings this year! @thirdeyemeditationlounge had a mini makeover, extra props and some organizing! With the obligatory break for a cacao drink and some yoga to keep the energy flowing 🤍🌸 A class was about to start so I didn’t take a video of the “after” so you’ll just have to go and take a class to see for yourself 😉 as a reminder all classes at Third eye lounge are included with any @flowyogatx membership! You haven’t completed your Texas transition if you don’t have real cowboys boots yet 👢🤣 or so they say! Stephanie and I had the best time at @tecovas for Boots & Breakfast event, tried many pairs, danced on the to make sure and got ourselves some awesome boots! “How Texan am I now?” Me: brands my business on my new cowboy boots 👢🤣 Yeah… I’m committed.
