Crystalline Body Meditation with Esoteric AcupunctureA 3-hour immersive healing experience with Dr. David Weinthal. This unique experience combines guided meditation, breathwork, and full-body Acupuncture (front and back treatments) to activate what Dr. David calls the “crystalline body”, the subtle light matrix within the physical form. Dr. David uses a specialized approach called Esoteric Acupuncture, inspired by the teachings of Dr. Mikio Sankey. This method places acupuncture needles in specific geometric patterns on the front and back of the body to help harmonize the central channel, expand the heart field, and stimulate higher consciousness through precise point combinations that bridge body, mind, and spirit. What to expect:Guided Meditation and breathwork practicesFull-body acupuncture treatment (front and Back)Deep Relaxation in a calm, supportive environmentTime for integration and stillnessAs the acupuncture grids integrate with guided meditation and breath practices, participants often report heightened awareness, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a profound feeling of coherence within their energetic field. This workshop offers both tangible physical benefits, reduced stress, improved circulation, and grounded embodiment, and subtle energetic activation, supporting spiritual growth and the awakening of the body’s innate crystalline intelligence.FAQ's1. Do I need acupuncture experience? No experience is required. This workshop is designed for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Dr. David explains the energetic framework in accessible language before treatment begins.2. Will everyone receive acupuncture?Yes. Participants will receive full-body treatment (front and back) as part of the structured session. Treatments are gentle, precise, and tailored to energetic activation rather than symptom-based acupuncture.3. Is it painful?Esoteric acupuncture uses very fine needles and is generally described as subtle and deeply relaxing. Most participants experience warmth, tingling, expansion, or deep stillness.4. What should I bring?Comfortable clothingWater bottleJournal (highly recommended)An open and curious mindsetExtra blankets and pillows to ensure your comfortable (optional)5. What are the benefits?Students commonly report:Deep nervous system regulationEmotional release and clarityEnhanced meditation depthExpanded heart awarenessIncreased energetic coherenceHeightened intuitive sensitivityImproved sleep following the sessionRead class details

Flow State Vinyasa is a class built around a set, progressive sequence that allows practitioners to deepen their practice over time. Expect a strong, mindful practice including standing sequences, balancing, arm balances, deep stretches, and inversions.By repeating the same sequence each class, students can let go of overthinking, track growth, and drop into a true flow state, where movement, breath, and focus align. This class is easily modifiable: students are encouraged to choose gentler or more advanced variations, honoring their body while staying present with the practice. Ideal for experienced yogis who enjoy structure, challenge, and embodied focus.Read class details

Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.Read class details

This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension. If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.*This class is not hotRead class details

Started yoga January 2020 and did not get many classes in before the world stopped. Between that and years following by caretaking and retirement, I have been not connected to any community. Flow Yoga has a vibe that reminds me of grad school, with interesting students and widely divergent instructors. Every class reflects the teacher and with so many classes and teachers available it would difficult to call this school routine or dull. Plus an unexpected bonus is their active events reflecting holidays, retreats and mediations on special subjects. I waited to join until my mat from Liforme arrived, but I need not waited as there are mats available. I felt foolish being a beginner and getting a pro mat, but it’s added to my overall enjoyment. After my trial membership, I chose the unlimited membership as I show up two to three times a week and enjoy the time spent there. I can not say the same for gyms I have signed up for previously, but it’s very similar to being in a martial arts school with the positivity and encouragement in abundance for its students.

1. The service: the intentional greeting upon arrival is so warm, flattering, and starts the session out with positive energy! Dina has amazing energy, and makes everyone feel so welcome. She is very kind and patience. 2. The experience: I’ve never participated in group meditation classes until now, and this has exceeded my expectations. The guidance during these sessions is unparalleled. That is an element of the practice that is typically missing from self guided sessions, for me. The level of expertise provided, from the sounds, to the focus reminders, etc, provided make for an experience like no other. 3. The environment: you walk in and are met with a well maintained, clean, fresh, environment, with high quality work out equipment- The plants are healthy and thriving, the tea being served is hot and fresh. 4. The products: we purchased a quality Tarot Card Holder from this location, and it is fantastic, with a gorgeous design.

I am loving my new yoga home! Having practiced for many years in a number of different cities, Yoga Flow may be my all time favorite. It has a great vibe whether your class is in the sun room or the moon room. There is a wide variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs. But I think what I was most impressed with was just how clean it always is. The studios are always super clean and smell great as are the bathrooms. The teachers are also amazing with lots of knowledge to share! I love it!

I had an excellent experience with Flow Yoga for a private event yoga session that I had for me and my friends! Jenny did a great job communicating/coordinating with me for some last minute logistics. Katie was a great teacher, and brought a very calming energy that was much appreciated! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my private class, and know I will be back for more classes at Flow!
