Pre retreat acclimation… Bali is far, 14hrs and a day ahead. Traveling to get here is intense and exhausting. I always arrive a few days early to get my body used to the time change and recover from all the traveling 30hrs, 3 flights and 3 countries can be very rough. However once here, my nervous system immediately slows down, Bali has such an incredible energy that you feel instantly better as soon as you land and it makes you forget all the hassle of traveling 😅 Slow mornings with yoga hits different in Bali. I love this place ❤️

No it’s not The Yoga sutras 🫣 Flow Yoga is offering our first summer book club starting in July at our Cedar Park studio! We couldn’t be more excited to kick things off with a mega favorite fantasy series of many Flow Yoga teachers: Sarah J. Maas’ A COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES (ACOTAR, for short)! We’ll meet monthly to dive into this series just in time for Book 6 coming out in October (when everyone will mysteriously call into work sick, right?). Whether you’re new to this series altogether, or you’ve already read it and just want to gush with fellow fans (basically, that’s why we’re doing this), this book club will be a great way to connect with your fellow readers at Flow Yoga.
