In her YTT, Colleen was introduced to Restorative and Yin yoga, and was mind blown at the power of stillness and meditation. She is interested in learning restorative teaching styles, and intentionally incorporates moments of stillness and quiet in her high-intensity Vinyasa classes.
She has a passion for health and wellness and is an aspiring Registered Dietitian. She’d love to one day open a practice that advises healthy eating + exercise, which would also, hopefully, benefit mental health!
She has a goal to inspire and introduce a healthy lifestyle to those who are intimidated / think it’s not for them.
