We offer both non-heated and heated classes. For our heated classes we typically set the room to 85-90 degrees; nice and warm to get your body loose and without overheating.
We recommend that you begin in our Gentle or Slow Flow classes so that you can become familiar with the practice in a more approachable environment. You can find a list of beginner friendly classes here
Appropriate classes for you might be Gentle/Restorative, Slow Flow, Yin, and Chill.
At 10 years old, kids can attend a non-heated class with an adult. Kids 13 and up can practice in most classes with an adult and at 15 they can take any class without a parent. Kids under 8 years old can not be left unattended in the studio. You can also check the class schedule or events for family events or baby classes.
