Flow Yoga at Westgate is my definite "happy place". The instructors are fantastic, the people you meet in class are too. The variety of styles of yoga you can choose from are vast and if you need some zen-time in your daily life, Flow Yoga, is definitely worth your time to join. The membership options are great too. You'll find what fits your needs and budget most definitely!

So enjoyed Serenity Soundbath with Angela on Sunday at Georgetown studio. Amazing!! 🤩 A full 2 hours to relax and absorb the wonderful vibrations she produced on her bowls, gong, bells, plus more! Looking forward to another event just like this at Flow yoga.

Such a lovely space with the kindest people! Everyone is so welcoming and down-to-earth, making it easy to settle in. I love the tea in the common area. It’s a simple but thoughtful touch. And the new expanded room? So good. Spacious, grounding, and full of good energy ✨
