Our story

Flow Yoga opened in Austin in 2012 but our founder, Carolina had spent the decades before teaching yoga, meditation and sound healing all over the world. With Flow, we set out to create space that offers dozens of class styles and events with a focus on creating community.

Today Flow is your cozy escape where you can hang out in our lounges, make friends over tea, and of course explore your personal wellness.

Flow Yoga at Westgate is my definite "happy place". The instructors are fantastic, the people you meet in class are too. The variety of styles of yoga you can choose from are vast and if you need some zen-time in your daily life, Flow Yoga, is definitely worth your time to join. The membership options are great too. You'll find what fits your needs and budget most definitely!
