I’ve been practicing yoga since 2010. Yoga has had a huge impact in my life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, which is ultimately why I felt called to share this practice with others and became a teacher. I currently teach power, vinyasa, hatha flow, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. I teach all levels, but prefer to keep things as beginner friendly as possible with up-level options available. My primary focus regardless of which discipline I teach is to help people leave with a regulated nervous system and a sense of peace.
