Each session will include a 2.5 hour Asana Lab, a 30 minute wrap up, and a closing meditation Master Classes are ideal for: Yoga Students who are interested in growing their confidence and understanding of Yoga Asana (poses) so they can adapt their practice in Group Classes. Yoga Teachers who completed their Certification ONLINE or perhaps haven't taught in several years and are looking for an in person refresher on Yoga Asana and how Human Anatomy relates to the poses.
