Lizzy is a 200-hour RYT and practicing trauma therapist in Austin, Texas. Lizzy teaches a variety of styles of yoga, and leans on the mind-body-spirit connection when planning her classes. You can expect intentional, juicy movement and to leave her classes feeling empowered in your relationship with yourself.
