One of the most popular yoga myths is the belief that you need to be flexible before ever setting foot on a mat. The truth is, flexibility isn’t a prerequisite. In fact, a regular yoga practice will actually help you become more flexible over time. Increased flexibility can help decrease the risk of injuries, create a better range of motion of joints, lengthen muscles, improve balance and overall health!Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free space, suitable for all levels. In this class we will work on different muscle groups and joints each week, using Functional movements, CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), Kinstretch techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility.
Props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and tennis balls will be used to target specific areas and help ease your body into the poses and stretches.
Modifications and options will be offered throughout the class.

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension.
If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.Heated at 80-85 degrees

We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill. Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.

Her actions are childish and blatantly disrespectful.
She talks about me behind my back and if I disagree with her as a client she badmouths me to other people and then tells me I can’t play in her sandbox anymore.
Given the option I don’t want to be in the same space as this lady because I’m honestly disgusted and I’m not going to play her games anymore.
I signed up to attend classes and practice yoga and to be treated like everyone else. I don’t need this person’s toxicity and drama.
They’re not worth my time.... read moreread the full review

Friendly, inviting instructors make people new to the studio, or to yoga (like me) feel welcome. The instructors seem incredibly knowledgeable, as well.
