Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension.

Kundalini Yoga uses breath, movement and focus to energize the body while supporting strength and balance of the immune and glandular systems. Dynamic classes promote emotional well-being, mental clarity and stress relief. Appropriate for all abilities.
Pro tip: Just starting out? The best way to get acquainted with Kundalini Yoga is to try out as many teachers and classes as possible. You’ll experience a great variety of exercises from class to class, so going to at least 5 classes will give you a good idea of what the practice is all about.
This deep and subtle, quiet practice will target the deepest tissues of your body to promote better circulation, flexibility, and greater joint mobility. Expect a series of long-held, deep stretching poses and enjoy the time to ease stress and anxiety and promote stillness of mind and body. The final relaxation includes sound healing, with singing bowls, gong, rain sticks, mantras etc...that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. Yoga poses are linked to the breath to help create body awareness, inner strength and peaceful mind.
This class is suitable for all levels, modifications and options are always given to those who are just starting or for those looking to deepen their practice.
Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.

DEEP CHILL is a gentle, slow moving class designed to help you ease stress, reset your body, mind and spirit. There is enough movement to get the tension out of your system, and enough chilling out to prepare you for a relaxing, meditative experience
This class incorporates yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, somatic yoga, sound healing (depending on teacher) and community building.
Suitable to all bodies and abilities, modifications are offered throughout the practice.
Pro tip: Reserve your spot in advance, this class is popular!Arrive early to allow the teacher to check in with you, have plenty of time to set up, unwind, relax and avoid disruptions by arriving at least 5min early. Class starts on time, we lock the doors in between classes.
Props and mats are available, if you prefer you can also bring your own.
I’m still trying out classes as a part of the 30 day trail and I’m really enjoying the variety. All the instructors have been lovely. The classes aren’t too crowded and have good range of ages and experience. I’m excited to attend a sound bath soon but right now my favorite class is Flexibility and Mobility. The environment is chill and welcoming!
