Deep Release: Somatic Breathwork for Release & Inner ProcessingA supportive space to slow down, settle in, and loosen what's been held in the body.We use the breath as a tool, a steady, rhythmic sweep through the body. Like a broom, it moves through the tight places, the noise, the layers that have quietly built up. Not to force anything out, but to make space.Space for clarity. Space for softness. Space to feel more like yourself again. The FlowDrop In — We open with an oracle card and a personal intention for the practice.Somatic Movement — Gentle movement to unwind the body and prepare it for breath.Somatic Breathwork (45 min) — A deep, intentional, continuous in-and-out breath pattern designed to detox the body and mind, and support deep release and inner processing. What to ExpectThe breath pattern is simple and intentional, designed to support the nervous system while gently opening space for release.. physically, emotionally, or mentally. There will be music, periods of guidance, and time to be with your experience. Some people feel sensation in the body, emotional release, or a sense of lightness. Others just rest more deeply than they have in a while. There's no right way to experience it.Your Experience, Your PaceAfter the breathwork, we allow time for integration. This may look like rest, quiet reflection, or sharing within the group. There is no pressure to speak just an invitation to be witnessed if you feel called. What to BringWaterA blanket or layers for comfortAnything that helps you feel supported (pillow, mat, etc.)Health ConsiderationsPlease reach out or consult your doctor before attending if you have:PregnancyEpilepsy or seizure disordersRecent heart conditions or strokeUncontrolled high blood pressureHistory of psychosis Read class details

Through guided vocal toning, breathwork, and subtle energy practices, you will learn how to access your inner voice and project it into the field, amplifying your presence, expression, and energetic clarity.Building on this foundation, the workshop explores harmonics, resonance, and throat chakra balancing to create coherence between the mind and heart. As the throat opens, communication becomes more authentic, and the inner dialogue aligns with your deeper truth. Yoga classes move fast. Your body moves uniquely. This is your space to get curious, try things on, and ditch the pressure to do it ‘right.’Join us as we reimagine alignment with a chill, eye-opening workshop where we dive into yoga postures from the ground up. Whether you're brand new to the mat or you've been flowing for years, this is your chance to tune into what feels right for your unique self, instead of chasing someone else's perfect shape.Led by our awesome duo: Claire, a rad yoga teacher with a knack for making things personal, and Jenny, our go-to expert on yoga and mobility. They're both super curious about how bodies actually move, and they're all about helping yoga work for you, not against you. We'll mix things up with:Interactive chats and hands-on exploration, ask all the questions, try variations, and play with props that actually support your range, stability, and whatever your body needs that day.Breaking down the basics: What's the difference between those old-school alignment cues and the *optimal* version that honors your structure, breath, and goals?Real talk on mobility, strength, and nervous system, how they shape how poses feel, and why that matters.Your toolkit for tweaks: Practical ways to modify shapes based on your anatomy, energy levels, and what you're feeling in the moment. And to wrap it up? We'll flow through an integrated sequence where you get to test drive everything you've learned, turning theory into that "aha" embodied wisdom you can take into any class. This isn't about fitting into a mold, it's a big exhale from the comparison game and a step into trusting your body's own smarts. Come slow down, get curious, and remember: yoga's magic isn't in the shape, it's in how it lands when you're fully *there*.Spots are limited, so grab yours and let's make this happen together!Read class details

This studio offers many different types of classes. I signed up for unlimited classes for the first month and tried all sorts of yoga types I had never experienced before- I really enjoyed trying different styles and instructors! The vibe is very relaxed and non pretentious. The facility is clean and relaxing with a good location close to downtown.

I just moved into the area and I’ve already found my new yoga studio. You can’t beat the ‘$30 for 30 days’ offer and there are plenty of classes to choose from for all levels. The teachers and students are friendly and welcoming. And the studio is well-equipped and really beautiful. I look forward to coming here every week. Whether you are new to yoga or a 25 year veteran, you’ll love it here. Highly recommend!!

I visited Flow Yoga in March and ended up joining in April because the experience was that good. The classes, instructors, and staff are consistently amazing — welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing. As a 27‑year military veteran, I deal with chronic pain and tension. Flow Yoga has been one of the few places that has truly helped me manage pain, relax, and reconnect with my body in a supportive way. Every class feels intentional, accessible, and grounding. The environment is peaceful, the community is kind, and the quality of teaching is exceptional. I’m grateful to have found a place that supports both physical healing and mental calm. Highly recommend.
