Join Kimberly weekly on Saturdays for a deep dive series into the chakras. Each week will be focused on balancing a different chakra through discussion, mantra, breathwork, and yoga.
Chakras can be defined as 'spinning wheels' or energy centers in your body. Each Chakra is associated with an area of the body both physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. and they can hold valuable lessons. When open and balanced, energy moves fluidly thru us, and sometimes we can have a blockage. Let us explore what they might look like to be both 'out of balnce', and 'in balance', how they relate to each other, and discover asana, pranayama, and mantra to help bring the subtle body more into a place of balance and connection.

One of the most popular yoga myths is the belief that you need to be flexible before ever setting foot on a mat. The truth is, flexibility isn’t a prerequisite. In fact, a regular yoga practice will actually help you become more flexible over time. Increased flexibility can help decrease the risk of injuries, create a better range of motion of joints, lengthen muscles, improve balance and overall health!Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free space, suitable for all levels. In this class we will work on different muscle groups and joints each week, using Functional movements, CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), Kinstretch techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility.
Props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and tennis balls will be used to target specific areas and help ease your body into the poses and stretches.
Modifications and options will be offered throughout the class.

This is a mat class for all levels that incorporates either yoga or pilates exercises. This is a great class to start with if you are new to the mat work or if you enjoy a relaxed pace, as the exercises are detailed with helpful cuing. We will combine breathing, stretching, mobility, and strengthening in a feel good way that challenges our ability to stay present with ourselves and engage with the quality of our movement.
Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill. Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.
Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension.
If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.Heated at 80-85 degrees
Kundalini Yoga uses breath, movement and focus to energize the body while supporting strength and balance of the immune and glandular systems. Dynamic classes promote emotional well-being, mental clarity and stress relief. Appropriate for all abilities.
Pro tip: Just starting out? The best way to get acquainted with Kundalini Yoga is to try out as many teachers and classes as possible. You’ll experience a great variety of exercises from class to class, so going to at least 5 classes will give you a good idea of what the practice is all about.
This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. Yoga poses are linked to the breath to help create body awareness, inner strength and peaceful mind.
This class is suitable for all levels, modifications and options are always given to those who are just starting or for those looking to deepen their practice.
Come and experience the deep meditative journey guided by sound healing instruments and vocal toning.
Sound Bath Meditation can help to release emotional wounds and traumas on a subconscious level, disrupting any negative influences and thought patterns.
A specific frequency and sound vibrations will recalibrate your chakras, penetrate deeper at a cellular level for a restorative healing and transformation for your mind, body and spirit.
Some of the ancient healing instruments include Native Rainstick, frame drum, quartz crystal singing bowls combined with vocal toning, overtone singing

With a welcoming atmosphere this is the perfect place to take your first class and experience yoga! You will be introduced to basic Hatha yoga poses to start your practice and will find this class both relaxing and enlightening. Always taught by beginner-friendly instructors you will be surrounded by others who are starting out just like you, or for those who prefer to focus on the foundations of the practice and the mechanics of the postures.

This class incorporates yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, somatic yoga, sound healing (depending on teacher) and community building.
Suitable to all bodies and abilities, modifications are offered throughout the practice.

I am so happy to have found Flow Yoga. I regularly attend Stretch + Strength with teacher Selena Gervais and would highly recommend this class. I take several other yoga classes, but this is my favorite. It can be challenging since it incorporates a fair amount of core exercises and some cardio in addition to stretching. This class is on Monday at North Loop. Selena is excellent and has such a welcoming, enthusiastic spirit. She will adjust the class routine at times to meet different people’s needs and is fun to work out with. Love her music, positive motivation, energy, and yoga philosophy. Hope to see you in her class!

I hadn’t taken any yoga classes in over a year, and I was so pleasantly surprised to find Flow. The classes were gentle yet invigorating enough to get me right back into it, without feeling overwhelmed or like I couldn’t keep up with others. I’ve really enjoyed the classes I’ve taken so far, and the instructors I’ve had. This really is a peaceful yet energetic, kind and open space to practice in.
Plus- plenty of parking and it’s right next to Nervous Charlie’s! Yoga then bagel is the move

I tried this studio because it was at a middle point between my friend and I, and have really liked it so far! Lots of class options (though I wish there was more than one heated class time), and they feel intimate not intimidating

I recently moved back to Austin after having been away for eight years. As a yoga teacher, I wanted to find a place to practice that honors yoga's roots. This studio doesn't disappoint. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The class schedules are so open and varied that it's impossible NOT to find something you enjoy.

Genuinely the best studio experience I've ever had. The teachers are all welcoming and knowledgeable, and there's always a huge variety of classes to take. On top of that, it's a truly safe place for lgbtq people. Plus, the rates are unbeatable!

I'm really enjoying this studio! I love that it is not too big, creating a more intimate experience. Many of the classes truly are all levels, giving me the opportunity to explore my practice and not feel intimidated. I mostly go to North Loop, but am excited to explore the other locations!

I started going to Flow Yoga about a month ago and haven't met all the instructors yet, however, I've been very pleased with this studio so far. I like the fact that I can attend classes at either of their 3 locations. The studios have warm atmosphere and friendly staff. It's a place for people of all ages and yoga levels. I particularly enjoy classes taught by Carolina and Valentyna, and look forward to discovering other great instructors.
