Maddi Mae S.

Maddi Mae is an energetic teacher that is devoted to guiding classes based on presence and connection. She has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Tai Chi since 2013 and has a background in isometric and resistance stretching. She believes in compassionately and honestly looking inward through the path of yoga. Being present is a brave act of self love and it is a priority in her teaching, practice, and life.
