Yolanda started practicing yoga in 2007. It has taught her to sit and move with joy, love and pain— to truly be here and turn off the outside world. She loves the deep presence, mental clarity and the strength she has gained from the practice. Her goal is to spread these gifts to all through asana practice, meditation, chanting, and sound healing.
