Saturday Spotlight: Kundalini At Flow Yoga Georgetown
Kundalini uses breathing techniques, dynamic movements, and meditation to awaken body energy.

Classes will include repetitive movements (kriyas), specific breathing patterns, rhythmic movements, holding positions, chanting, and meditation. The goal of this class is to regulate the nervous system, gain flexibility, release tension, and connect with the inner self.
