Return to Oneness: A Restorative Sound Journey

In a world that pulls us in many directions, this two-hour immersive experience invites you to gently come home to yourself, and to the deeper field of connection that unites us all.

Return to Oneness is a nourishing blend of restorative yoga and therapeutic sound designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and quiet the mind. Supported by props and held in long, comfortable postures, you’ll be guided into deep rest while layers of resonant sound wash through the space, creating an atmosphere of safety, spaciousness, and subtle awakening.

As the body unwinds and the breath slows, the illusion of separation begins to soften. Through stillness, vibration, and shared presence, we remember the quiet truth beneath the noise: We are not separate, We belong to something whole.

This workshop is:

  • Accessible to all levels (no yoga experience needed)
  • Designed to support nervous system regulation and deep restoration
  • An invitation to reconnect, with yourself and with the collective field
  • You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and gently reconnected, not just restored, but re-membered.
  • Bring comfortable layers and an open heart.
