I’ve loved Flow Yoga. I started with the 30-d trial and have kept an unlimited membership because it’s so easy to pop in when I can- there’s a wide variety of teachers and styles of classes and the portal to sign up for a class is easy and a single click. Grateful they opened up the south location and hopefully more across Austin!
Flow Yoga offers many types of classes throughout the day which is convenient. The setting is so inviting - I instantly relax when I walk in the door. Plus the check in system is super easy.
I was invited to Flow by a friend and after that first class I couldn't wait to join. The price to value ratio is amazing - almost feels like a rarity these days. The spaces, the teachers, the opportunities beyond yoga are incredible. I plan to attend a retreat in the spring and I can't wait!
I found flow yoga about a month ago, and was excited of the variety of classes they offer. I am recovering from cancer related procedures and stumbled upon Yin style yoga and it is helping me so much. The teachers are all amazing and the studio provides a variety so anyone can find what they are looking for. This is a safe place! Thanks Flow!
I love this studio. I loved it when it was Yoga Yoga and I love it now as Yoga Flow. They have a great variety of classes and teachers which works well with my crazy schedule. The community is friendly and I always leave this space with a smile.
Best yoga studio with widest selection of classes and amazing instructors anywhere in town! I especially love the hot vinyasa classes here!
I can’t recommend this yoga studio enough! From the moment I joined, it’s felt like a welcoming little escape in my week. The teachers are absolutely wonderful and inclusive. If you’re looking for a place that feels both grounding and uplifting, this studio is truly a gem.
