Media Capture and Usage

During classes, events, or while using our facilities, Flow Yoga may capture photographs, audio, or video recordings ("Media") for promotional, educational, or quality assurance purposes. By using our services or attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Flow Yoga may capture Media that includes your image or voice.
• This Media may be used in our marketing materials, social media, website, or other promotional channels.
• We may use this Media for internal training or quality assurance purposes.
• You grant Flow Yoga a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Media.
• If you prefer not to be included in such Media, please inform our staff before participating in classes or events.
• We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, but cannot guarantee that you will not appear in the background of some Media.

What is Personal Information?

By supplying your phone number, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications about your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Flow Yoga will not share your contact phone number with any other parties.

Generally, photos and other material pinned or posted to Social Media Sites will be able to be viewed by the general public. However, any material that has been further shared or re-pinned or re-posted will be out of our control and neither you nor we will be able to remove it from any such location. We reserve the right to remove any photos, comments or other material that is in any way inappropriate or offensive (in our opinion) from our Social Media Sites.
