Saturday Wellness: Mindful Movement & Breath Yoga

Get ready for an evening that's all about soaking up some good vibes and connecting with your community. 

Here's what you can expect:

  • Guided Meditation: Let's kick things off by melting into a soothing guided meditation. It's the perfect way to quiet your mind and set the tone for the rest of the evening.
  • Gentle Yoga: Next up, we'll flow through some gentle yoga poses, focusing on mindfulness and breath. It's all about moving with intention and finding that sweet spot of relaxation and awareness.
  • Restoration: To round out the night, we'll dive into some restorative practices. Think cozy blankets, calming music, and a chance to fully recharge your batteries.
     

Doors open at 6:30pm for tea in the lounge, and we start at 7pm.

About the Teacher:
Kayla Tizzano is a dedicated yoga, Pilates, and wellness guide with over 1,000 hours of collective training in movement, mindfulness, and self-healing. Having transformed her own adversity into purpose, she now helps others reconnect mind and body through curiosity, vulnerability, and self-love. Kayla believes it’s never too late to heal, grow, or rediscover yourself, and she leads every space with warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Sami is a community builder and integration coach dedicated to creating spaces for growth, connection, and transformation. With a background in lifestyle & Integration coaching and a passion for fitness and mindful living, Sami curates weekly gatherings that weave together practices like breathwork, sound baths, and yoga. Each event offers a space for self-discovery, grounding, and shared experience; fostering a community centred around balance, wellness, and authentic connection.
