Saturday Wellness: Reiki Sound Bath

Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset, this Reiki Sound Bath Session offers a calm, supportive space to unwind and reconnect.

Here's what you can expect:

Sound Bath: To top it all off, you'll get to soak up the healing vibes of a sound bath. We're talking crystal sound bowls, gongs, chimes, and all sorts of other cool instruments. It's like a massage for your soul, helping you sink deeper into relaxation and find your inner balance.
Closed-Eye Guided Meditation: We’ll begin by settling into stillness, allowing the body to rest while the mind gently quiets. Through breath, subtle awareness, and intentional guidance, you’ll be led beyond mental chatter and into the wisdom of the body and breath.
Reiki Energy Healing: Throughout the session, Reiki energy will be offered to support balance, release blockages, and restore energetic flow. This is a receptive practice—there’s nothing to do but relax and allow the healing to unfold in its own time.

Doors open at 6:30pm for tea in the lounge, and we start at 7pm.
