Costa Rica Weekend Retreat At Flow Yoga Online
Join us for 4 days and 3 nights of adventure at Guayabo Animal Rescue (https://tinyurl.com/garcr), nestled in 300 acres of hill country in the shadow of the Miravalles volcano. Help care for the rescue’s dogs, goats, chickens and horses and explore the unbelievable nature that Costa Rica is known for. We'll hike to waterfalls, dip into hot springs, ride ATVs, and spend at Ocotal Beach - famous for it’s black sand.

FAQ

Yoga helps with muscle strength and tone like a personal trainer, only without the dumbbells and weight machines. It can help you build lean muscle mass, improve flexibility, and increase overall body composition. Plus, it's a lot more peaceful than grunting and sweating in a crowded gym.

Yoga is like a supportive friend for your recovery. It can help with addiction recovery by reducing stress, improving self-awareness, and teaching you to cope with difficult emotions. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting in a support group all day.

Absolutely! Yoga is like a prenatal and postpartum superhero. It can help improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance during pregnancy, and can also help you recover faster after giving birth. Plus, it's a lot more fun than lying in bed all day.

Yoga can help with depression like a ray of sunshine for your mind. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and increase feelings of happiness and well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting in a therapist's office all day.

Well, imagine trying to pat your head and rub your belly at the same time. Now imagine doing that while standing on one leg and reciting the alphabet backward. That's what yoga does for your coordination – it teaches you to be a multitasking ninja, gracefully moving through poses while keeping your balance and focus.
