Flow classes are intended to provide a middle ground for the Yang practices. Blending elements of vinyasa and hatha by flowing and holding Asanas/Poses.
Flow classes are intended to provide a middle ground for the Yang practices. Blending elements of vinyasa and hatha, flowing and holding, while also allowing for creative interpretation individual to each of your incredible Flow Instructors.
Flow is slower paced than your vinyasa classes but faster and more succinct than a Hatha practice. Classes will have elements of flowing sequences as well as extended holds so that practitioners can get aspects of expression and structure in a balanced and all levels friendly container. The degree to which each element is present will be individual to the teacher but regardless this class is inclusive to all.
The main goal of this style of yoga is to create a state of calmness and balance while finding strength. You can also perform it as a form of moving meditation. It helps bring the body into a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness by working with the breath and practicing mindful movements and holds in a slow and gentle manner.

One hour with just you and pure energy on the mat, the perfect time to stop worries and thoughts. My name is Olexandra I am a teacher of hatha yoga, which in Sanskrit means "hatha" - strength, perseverance, absolute necessity, and "yoga" - connection, unity, curbing the mind.My journey started 9 years ago when I first came to a yoga camp and got acquainted with different types of yoga, meditation, mantras, and chanting and immediately dived into this wonderful world! Having visited India, and Nepal, I got even more convinced that yoga plays a substantial role in my life, and now I want to share with other people my knowledge and see my destiny in serving the world this way.The great sages of the past left us a remarkable legacy in the form of yoga, which not only helps us to be healthy physically but also helps us mentally, with our fears and anxieties.I believe that through the physical body, we can work with the energy in the chakras and the soul. The entire universe is in us, you just need to believe in it and yoga will help you to feel it.Join me for this rejuvenating hatha yoga and meditation class.Read class details

This class uses breathing techniques, dynamic movements, and meditation to awaken body energy. Unlike other yoga styles, this practice features repetitive movements known as kriyas, rapid breathing patterns, and chanting to balance your glandular system and boost immunity. While the rhythmic movements and specific breath-led postures can feel a bit unconventional at first, they are designed to release deep-seated tension, increase mental clarity, and create emotional balance. If you’re new to breathwork and meditation or yoga in general, no worries! It is a spiritual practice as much as it is physical, making it a cherished option for everyone from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.Read class details

The Art of Receiving: A Ritual of Breath, Sound + Reiki view
Event Yoga in Cedar Park Texas on 2026-10-04 at 5 - 6:30pmEvent yoga details
There is a rhythm between effort and surrender, movement and stillness, giving and receiving. The Art of Receiving is a ritual created to explore that balance and open space for something we often forget how to do: receive. This 90 minute experience begins with a curated pranayama journey using intentional breath techniques for cleansing, balance and nervous system regulation. Rather than pushing the breath to its limits, the practice draws awareness inward, creating a gradual transition into stillness. From there, settle into a Reiki infused sound bath, where layered instrumentation and vibration meet the intentional direction of energy through Reiki. Together, sound and energy create an immersive space for deeper awareness, integration and restoration. Each session offers a new opportunity to return to the ritual. To breathe with intention, reconnect with balance, and become more receptive to what is already within and around us.Breath to balance. Sound to immerse. Reiki to direct. A ritual to receive.Read class details

When you clear, you become clear. In a world of constant stimulation, mental overwhelm, and chronic stress, many of us have become detached, disconnected, and numb. Somatic Breathwork is a practice that brings you back into the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the heart.Through intentional, connected breathing, you’ll release what’s been suppressed or repressed, regulate your nervous system, and open to elevated emotions, higher vision, and moments of clarity. This isn’t about pushing or performing — it’s about deep listening. Honoring what you feel and giving yourself permission to let it move, so you can set yourself free.In community, you’ll be supported to go deeper — reminded that you are safe, connected, and never alone. Each session is unique, but you can expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your authentic self.Come as you are. Breathe. Release. Remember. Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. This 2-hour extended class is designed to help you mentally, emotionally, and physically process the week, so you can enter your weekend feeling grounded, clear, and reconnected. We begin with 75 minutes of mindful, slow-flow vinyasa — a grounding and spacious practice that links breath with movement to open the body, quiet the mind, and bring you into the present moment. This flow is intentional and unhurried, giving you space to move with awareness and release tension. Then we shift inward with 30 minutes of pranayama (breathwork) to regulate your nervous system, increase energy flow, and create inner spaciousness. Breath becomes the bridge between body and mind, helping to clear residual stress or mental clutter. We’ll close with 15 minutes of meditation, allowing you to settle into stillness, integrate the benefits of your practice, and leave with a sense of calm clarity. This class is your opportunity to reset and renew — to unpack whatever the week has held, and make space for the weekend ahead. All levels welcome. Come as you are — leave lighter.Read class details

I participated in 2 different classes taught by Taylor Cook. They were wonderful. The studio was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Taylor led us in a very relaxing sound bath that was a joyride for the mind, soul and ears. Preceded by a challenging yet gentle yoga class that was a good fit for beginners to advanced practitioners.

Flow Yoga is a lovely place to do yoga and re-build strength/muscle after some physical issues that have come with age and stubbornness. At 65 it's nice to find a judgement free zone with super knowledgeable, kind instructors and students.

Started taking yoga classes from Taylor. Second session in and I feel the calm I have been needed and looking forward to. I also feel with a disc issue on my lower back. Taking her class after cutting hair 3 days straight helps so much!! Taylor she make you feel at home, like you were meant to do this, or that you never left or you never feel like you new person in the room.
Great energy and always challenging yourself
