This studio is the best I’ve found in Austin! The classrooms are large with high ceilings, have soothing lighting and lots of plants keep the space feeling so fresh and restorative. The classes are full but not crowded so there’s always a place, even if you decide to pop in for a class at the last minute. The best part is the variety and schedule they offer! So many types of yoga to try, different intensity levels and classes well into the evenings. They even offer specialty classes and sound healing and fun seasonal classes that help us connect with each other, expand our practices and build community. The acceptance and inclusion you feel as soon as walk in the door makes you want to keep coming back. ❤️ Truly restorative - Flow really understands what we need!

I joined Flow Yoga with their 30-day new-student unlimited special. I love it. Great variety of classes, they run all day long. There are multiple studios to choose from- but the North Loop location works amazing for me. I think the $100/month price is really good if you use it daily like I do.

I recently decided to get back into my yoga practice and I am so glad I discovered Flow Yoga in Georgetown. The studio is beautiful and clean, and the intentionality to create a welcoming and friendly community is apparent. Thank you! Also, I appreciate the variety of regular classes offered as well as the special events and trainings. I highly recommend Flow Yoga Georgetown!

This studio offers many different types of classes. I signed up for unlimited classes for the first month and tried all sorts of yoga types I had never experienced before- I really enjoyed trying different styles and instructors! The vibe is very relaxed and non pretentious. The facility is clean and relaxing with a good location close to downtown.

I just moved into the area and I’ve already found my new yoga studio. You can’t beat the ‘$30 for 30 days’ offer and there are plenty of classes to choose from for all levels. The teachers and students are friendly and welcoming. And the studio is well-equipped and really beautiful. I look forward to coming here every week. Whether you are new to yoga or a 25 year veteran, you’ll love it here. Highly recommend!!

A little glimpse into
who we are

Flow Yoga Cedar Park instructor sharing personal yoga teaching reflection Austin Texas

I had a HUGE reflection teaching dozens of beautiful humans this morning 👀🧘🏼‍♀️ I ALWAYS embodied the characteristics, values of yoga and earths elements as a form of regulation from a young age. Yoga just gave me PERMISSION to feel SAFE doing so ✨ When I became a yoga teacher, it felt like every small quirk about me that maybe I didn’t want the world to see… Me hugging trees, touching grass. Praying or meditating in public, Singing/ humming to stimulate my vagus nerve, Dancing because I am goofy AF, Breathing loud because it FEELS GOOD Yoga at the airport pre & after flight Crying because I saw a cute dog like Jess from New Girl #iykyk The list can truly go on and on…. My inner child I didn’t always “show” the world, was illuminated and NECESSARY for me to allow the space for OTHERS to feel… Free Safe Goofy Express their emotions Connect with their bodies in ways they may not have EVER! It’s WHY I LOVE being a yoga teacher 🥹😍 I get to witness others get back in tune with their body and leave GLOWING after 🌞 & most importantly it brings out my most genuine, authentic self where I deeply LOVE the version of me I AM. Passing out @1stphorm Phormula 1 Clear to all my students to make sure they stay hydrated, +gives them 22g of protein per serving, Being able to give them a hug, know their names, see their progression each class. It’s an HONOR. It makes me the best coach & teacher I can & will continue to grow to be 💖 Do yall have crazy reflections post movement too?! Or is it just me 🤣
