Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Webinar At Flow Yoga Online
Join me as I share the details of our upcoming Sacred Space Teacher Training happening at our Westgate location.

If you're even semi interested about signing up for the training, I'll be hosting a webinar to talk about what to expect and answer any questions.

This webinar will be especially useful if you've haven't signed up for any teacher trainings before.

About the Sacred Space Teacher training:
Sacred Space Teacher Training will teach you how to hold safe and sacred space for yourself and others. You will learn how to get in touch with and trust the wisdom of your body and your own inner guidance system so that you can live an authentic and free life. You will then be able to offer that space to others as they practice yoga and go out into their lives.

FAQ

Yoga is like a circus performer for your body. It can help improve your balance and coordination by strengthening your muscles, improving your proprioception, and teaching you to move your body in sync with your breath. Plus, it's a lot more fun than juggling all day.

Breathwork in yoga is like the secret sauce - it takes your practice to the next level. It helps you stay present, calm, and focused, and can even enhance the physical benefits of the poses.

Props are like the supporting cast in a yoga class - they help you get into the right position and provide support when needed. Think of them as your trusty sidekicks on your yoga journey.

Yoga helps with weight management like a personal trainer, only without the whistle and clipboard. It can help you build lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, and reduce stress, all of which can contribute to weight loss and maintenance. Plus, it's a lot more fun than counting calories.

There are many different types of yoga, each with their own focus and approach. Some of the most common include:

  • Ashtanga: a dynamic and physically demanding practice
  • Bikram: a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room
  • Iyengar: a meticulous style that emphasizes proper alignment and the use of props
  • Kundalini: a spiritual practice that involves chanting, meditation, and dynamic movement
  • Restorative: a gentle practice that uses props to support the body in passive postures.
