I’m a certified yoga and meditation teacher with over seven years of experience, rooted in healing, accessibility, and joy. I began teaching in 2017 after turning to yoga during a time of deep grief and transformation. It became a powerful tool for healing, and now I share the practice to help others reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and stillness.
My classes emphasize mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and rest as a form of resistance—especially for those navigating burnout, grief, or personal growth. Whether leading a gentle flow, restorative session, or guided meditation, I strive to create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to heal.
