Kiana O.

"Kiana is an experienced yoga teacher (500hr ERYT & YACEP) born and raised in Austin, Tx. Her yoga journey began after years in competitive sports. While movement had always been a constant, yoga offered something deeper, an experience of connection that was grounding, healing, and embodied. Her first teacher training, rooted in the Sri Vidya Himalayan tradition, ignited a life long passion for studying and practicing Yoga and Ayurveda. She draws from the vinyasa krama system to guide purposeful, intelligently sequenced classes that blend functional and dynamic movement with philosophy and somatic awareness.

Alongside asana, she facilitates restorative sound healing journeys that invite relaxation and deep rest. Beyond the studio, she has played a key role in opening yoga spaces, building thriving communities, and leading teams with heart. When she’s not teaching, she’s likely DJing, taking photos, or out in nature. "
