Saturday Wellness: Guided Meditation & Yoga

We will melt into a guided meditation, gentle yoga with focus on mindfulness and breath and round it out with restoration. 

So, grab your yoga mat and your favorite comfy clothes, and let's spend some time together in the now. Trust us, you won't want to miss this!

Doors open at 6:30pm for tea in the lounge, and we start at 7pm.

About the Teacher:
Kayla Tizzano is a dedicated yoga, Pilates, and wellness guide with over 1,000 hours of collective training in movement, mindfulness, and self-healing. Having transformed her own adversity into purpose, she now helps others reconnect mind and body through curiosity, vulnerability, and self-love. Kayla believes it’s never too late to heal, grow, or rediscover yourself, and she leads every space with warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Derek's incredible life journey inspired him to create the Insid3Out community in 2021 from a meditation in the grass at Zilker Park in Austin.

Derek is a Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and also provides mindfulness opportunities in a variety of ways.

Derek's life mission is to impact the hearts and minds of humans globally.
