Fall into Stillness
If you've been craving a slower pace or a little more stillness, this one's for you. It's a gentle introduction to silent retreating, designed to help you find clarity and just… breathe.
Over the weekend we'll do things like Insight Meditation, writing sessions, guided reflection, and gentle Hatha and Yin yoga (totally accessible for all levels). There will also be a designated silent breakfast area, community lunches and dinners, and little pockets of encouraged silence woven throughout.
It's not about perfection it's about creating enough space to finally slow down and notice what's been there all along.
