Sam’s classes create an inviting space where students can connect deeply with their breath and body. His classes blend different styles, from energetic vinyasa flows, to dynamic mobility-work, to meditative yin holds. In his personal practice, he enjoys playing with arm balances and inversions, and loves guiding students toward the strength and stability needed to explore these poses.
