Yoga Retreat: The Reset Retreat

A Weekend to Slow Down, Reset, and Reconnect

Sep 17, 2026

A Nature Retreat in Hochatown, Oklahoma

This retreat is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with a lighter, more present version of yourself.

Set in the woods of Hochatown, we’ll spend a few days surrounded by nature; moving, resting, exploring, and simply enjoying being together.

Each day will include gentle morning practices like yoga and meditation to wake up the body, enjoying a cup of coffee or tea with each other, with plenty of open time to hike, swim in the river, relax, or do nothing at all. Evenings are for shared meals, sound baths, connection, and unwinding under the stars.

There will be optional offerings like breathwork and workshops, but nothing is required. You’re invited to follow your own pace and take what you need.

This retreat is less about doing more, and more about creating space;
space to feel good in your body,
space to connect with others,
and space to enjoy the simple things that often get overlooked.

If you’ve been craving a reset that feels easeful, playful, and grounded in nature, this is for you.

The retreat runs from:

The Ouachita Mountains hold a quiet kind of magic, towering pines, winding creeks, and a sky so wide and clear it naturally invites you to slow down. Just minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park, this landscape has a way of grounding you without effort. The air feels different here. Time stretches a little. Things begin to soften.

These are some of the oldest mountains on Earth, shaped over 300 million years into gentle, rolling hills. There’s a steadiness to them, a quiet, enduring presence that you can feel as soon as you arrive. Nothing is rushed here. Nothing is forced. The land invites you to move slower, breathe deeper, and come back into rhythm with something more natural.

Rivers run clear and cool through the forest, offering space to swim, wander, and simply be. Trails wind through the trees, opening into moments of stillness, beauty, and perspective. Beneath it all lies a rich bed of quartz crystal, known for its clarity and subtle energy, adding to the sense that this place holds something both grounding and quietly alive.

In this setting, nature isn’t just something you look at, it becomes part of your experience. A place to reset, to reconnect, and to enjoy the simple things that are often overlooked.

Stephanie is a yoga studio owner and devoted community builder, creating spaces rooted in movement, healing, and authentic connection. A mother of three and a lifelong explorer of the inner landscape, her teaching is shaped by lived experience. It's embodied, heart-led, and continually unfolding.

Her classes invite a slowing down and a listening inward. Through breath, movement, sound, and stillness, Stephanie guides students to meet what’s present with honesty and compassion. Rather than striving to fix or transcend, her work centers on awareness, nervous system regulation, and creating safety for release, integration, and self-trust.

Grounded in the understanding that personal healing ripples outward, Stephanie works both in group settings and one-on-one to support people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and capacity for self-healing. Through breath, sound, and presence, her work offers a supportive space for release, clarity, and integration, tending the individual as a meaningful act of care for the whole.

An Aquarian at heart, she honors the intuitive, expressive, and ever evolving nature of being human. Her greatest joy is witnessing people remember themselves through breath, through movement, and through the power of shared presence.

Yoga Retreat accommodation

Your home for the weekend, The Willow Retreat Cabins, is a collection of four modern, beautifully designed cabins nestled together in the woods of Hochatown. Each cabin has its own personality, but all share the same comforts: cozy modern-farmhouse interiors, fully stocked kitchens, and outdoor living spaces with hot tubs, fireplaces, and fire pits beneath the pines. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and retreat-center energy.

We offer 7 private rooms across the property, ideal for women who prefer a little extra quiet, privacy, or space to land. These rooms include king or queen beds with ensuite or nearby bathrooms, premium linens, and peaceful forest views.

The rest of our accommodations are found in the bunk rooms, and we truly encourage consideration for these shared spaces. The bunk rooms are spacious, intentionally designed, and surprisingly luxurious, with twin-over-full, twin bunks, and even a unique queen-over-queen bunk room. Shared rooms tend to cultivate a deeper sense of connection, laughter, late-night conversations, and the kind of bonding that retreats are known for.

This year, we’re also offering top bunk and bottom bunk pricing options so you can choose what feels most comfortable for your body and your budget.

Every space is designed for gathering when you crave connection and retreating to quiet when you need a moment to yourself.

Whether you’re sipping tea on a porch swing, soaking under the stars, chatting around the firepit, or curling up in your bunk with a journal, the cabins become an extension of the practice, warm, grounding, supportive, and held by the forest.
