Sam L.

Sam’s classes create an inviting space where students can connect deeply with their breath and body. He believes that mindful movement can lead to both physical and emotional growth, and encourages students to step outside their comfort zones to challenge themselves in a way that feels safe and empowering. His classes blend different styles, from energetic vinyasa flows, to dynamic mobility-work, to meditative yin holds. In his personal practice, he enjoys playing with arm balances and inversions, and loves guiding students toward the strength and stability needed to explore these poses. Whether you're seeking a physical challenge, a meditative flow, or simply deeper awareness, Sam’s classes will give you space to explore, breathe, and connect with your authentic self.
