Over the years, she has taught Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Mommy & Me Yoga, and Postpartum Yoga, creating spaces that meet people exactly where they are in their bodies and lives.
In 2024, she deepened her practice with a certification in Kundalini & Meditation; and she continues to study the Temple Arts, weaving these teachings into the way she holds space.
Her style is an intuitive blend of Kundalini, meditation, breathwork, chanting, and embodied flow. Her classes are deeply rooted in embodiment: listening to the body, following the breath, moving energy, and cultivating a devotional relationship with Spirit.
Beyond yoga, she has held women’s circles and sacred spaces for connection, embodiment, and transformation, and she also currently works 1:1 with women; supporting them in coming home to their bodies, their intuition, their energy, and their own embodied wisdom.
She is also a devoted mother and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and she believes deeply in creating spaces where people can feel seen, welcomed, and free to be fully themselves.
For her, yoga is more than a physical practice. It is a pathway into presence-a remembering of the body as a place of wisdom, connection, and Spirit.
