Chad Cisneros is a devoted yogi, spiritual teacher, and conscious musician whose path bridges ancient yogic science with modern modalities of healing and transformation. As a 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher trained at Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India, Chad integrates Kriya and Kundalini Pranayama, Hatha and Vinyasa Asana, and sacred mantra to guide practitioners into meditative absorption and expanded states of consciousness. Rooted in the lineages of Paramahansa Yogananda, the Sri Vidya Tantra tradition, and the Himalayan Yog-Ved teachings, his approach weaves breath, sound, movement, and mantra into an alchemical practice of embodiment and spiritual awakening.
With over two decades of experience in recovery, Chad is also a certified Recovery 2.0 Life Coach and co-founder of Infinite Recovery—Austin’s largest integrative treatment center. His work supports individuals on the path of healing trauma and regulating the nervous system through trauma-informed breathwork and meditation practices. His studies span the Vishoka Meditation system from the Himalayan Institute, advanced coursework in the Yoga Sutras and Vedas with Dr. Edwin Bryant, and initiations into Kriya Yoga, Shambhavi Mahamudra, and mantra sadhanas including Sri Sukta and Mahamrityunjaya.
Whether teaching at yoga studios, guiding breathwork in recovery centers, or transmitting mantra-infused sound journeys through his musical projects PRAANA and PRAANA SHAKTI, Chad holds space as a compassionate transmitter of wisdom and vibrational medicine. His life and teachings invite others into presence, devotion, and remembrance of the Self. Jai Gurudeva, Jai Ma ?
